Welcome to Quality Model Ships Builder.  Many customers often ask us: Can you build my boat? Yes, we can custom make any model ships or model boats with any size upon of your request. You just need to provide us the plan/ drawing of the ship/ boat that you need to build, and the photos with all angles of the real boat so that our team can do research and start to build the model with the scale you wish to build. If you cannot provide us the plan, just tell us the name of the ship or boat that you wish to build, then we will do research and manage all materials with information at our side. Due to the entire processes are hand-made so that we request the minimum size to custom make a model should be at least 50cm (20 inches) or more.

The price range depend on the complexity of the model. When you send us the photos of the boat with the scale you wish to build, we will advice and confirm you the price by return. We need 50% deposit at the time placing the order with us and during the construction, we will provide you the photos for your reference. When the model is finished, we will send you the photos of finished model for your final approval. If there is no changes, we request the rest balance payment of 50% before the model is dispatched. The finished model will be sent by any services upon request and the freight is paid by the buyer. It could be prepaid or collect if you provide us your international courier account. In some reasons you wish to postpone or cancel the order after we have been doing researches and the construction processes has started (to cut out the frame, to build the hull, etc), the money is not refundable.

The lead time to custom make a model could be in 3 weeks or up to 3 or 6 months. All the models will be built from wood with planks on frame construction method. There is no plastic or molding for the hull. The details on deck also made from wood, the sails are made from fabric, the decoration details are made from metal and brass. You will be awared of this when we provide you the photos during the construction of the model.
